Young Adult Weekend Conference
Join other young adults in their 20s and 30s for this annual retreat February 6-8, 2015 at Assembly Inn, Montreat Conference Center, in Montreat, North Carolina. The Young Adult Weekend Conference is designed for individuals and church groups looking for a place to explore their faith and connect with other young adults. This is a partnership event sponsored by ICSM and Montreat Conference Center.
Water-Walking 101
The compelling story of Peter walking on water (Matthew 14:22-33) points us to discipleship—the gift of participating with Christ in His work of ministry. Together we’ll explore this gift through interactive presentations, exercises, and small group discussions. We’ll delve into the practical realities of following Jesus Christ, what gets in the way, and the joy in store for us when we find ourselves—to our surprise and amazement—walking on water with our Lord. Join us in the wintry beauty of Montreat for a thought-provoking weekend of innovative sessions, inspiring music, engaging conversation, and time just to “be.”

2015 Conference Registration Information
For conference participants staying at Assembly Inn, comprehensive rates below include conference fee, room in Assembly Inn (Friday and Saturday nights), chili on Friday night, meals in the Galax Dining Room (Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast), plus a $2 community service fee per person. Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Some rooms have private baths and some rooms have connecting baths. The special low rates below are possible because of a grant supporting young adult ministries.
- Double Occupancy: On or before December 15 – $210 per person; After December 15 – $220
- Single Occupancy: On or before December 15 – $250 per person; After December 15 – $260
For those not staying at Assembly Inn, the commuter rate for the 2015 YA Conference is $140 per person for registrations by December 15, 2014 ($150 for registrations after December 15, 2014). In addition to all conference fees, this rate includes chili dinner Friday night and lunch and dinner Saturday.
